The President and Principal Consultant of Total Rewards Group, LLC is Randy Hunt. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Master of Arts in Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management, at the University of Minnesota, and the CCP, CBP, GRP and SPHR professional designations.
He started his career in Human Resources with Deluxe Corporation, culminating in the management of Deluxe's Compensation and International HR functions. He moved to Thomson Legal and Regulatory as the Director of Compensation overseeing development and implementation of compensation programs across business units world-wide. He later served as Director of Compensation for Thomson's West Group, working with senior management on the design and administration of compensation and reward programs for Executive, Sales, IT, Manufacturing and Attorney roles.
Randy moved to became VP, Compensation Director at Piper Jaffray & Co. in Minneapolis, where he provided executive compensation plan design, regulatory compliance, recommendations and support to executive management and the Board of Directors.
He now heads TRG and works in collaboration with a network of independent specialists bringing a host of industry leading talent to bear on issue ranging in scope and complexity from simple job analysis and market pricing, to strategic incentive design and implementation.
